    Watching the first several games I felt Jimmy would be a waste on this squad and our picks would be valuable to hold on to. After seeing CP3 run a players only timeout and beating a couple teams that they should have beaten, I realize Jimmy would be extremely valuable. Having another high IQ basketball player that will hold his teammates accountable would really put us over the top and get the most out of our team. Its obvious the coaching schemes are not working unless you have the players willing to execute. Having Jimmy means no more minutes for MCW, which makes us a playoff team again instantly.
