You also have to realize that the sources of the blue check marks almost always have an agenda. You have to think about "who does the information benefit?" Or, "why would someone release this information". Then you can figure out which side (or agent) leaked the information and what the reasoning for leaking it was. There's a lot going on with leaks. The vast majority of the time the information leaked isn't exactly as it seems, as there is an agenda and a reason the leaker let that information out.
