Porter is one of the most effective 3 point shooters in the entire league. I like Gordon a lot have no interest in running him down. He’s a very good player.
LOL. Gordon is 6th man candidate last 2 seasons (won one), former 3 point champ, near all star level talent and plays big during biggest games. EGo ppg in both regular season and especially post season are the stuff of dreams for Otto Porter. Not bad for 3rd or 4th option on this Rockets team. EGo was also an integral member of the 6th best D in regular season and 3rd best D in playoffs. Keep all your other stats, I will take the production that EGo provides on the historically best offense in history of the NBA.
I guarantee that if porter played here he’d put up better numbers. He can’t help that he plays on that broken team. All he can do is make shots that he gets to take at an insane efficiency level that Gordon could only dream of
Haha. I have to chime in here. Porter was never on the block. You can’t use random tweets or clutchfans posters as proof he was. A lot of delusional fans thought we had a chance to acquire him. Some people literally thought an Anderson for Porter trade made sense. He was somehow bad enough that the Wizards were desperate to unload him yet he’s good enough to improve our team even more.
Wizards play in much weaker east and WAS had more All Stars than HOU did last season. Porter allso a starter.

Yup. James Ennis and Green will give you limited minutes against the Warriors. In fact, Ennis is still an unproven player. The other two are unplayable against the Warriors. Also, considering Clint's minutes gets reduced against the Warriors, that unit is not going to get it done. Sorry.
