I've been told that the only holdup with the trade is the reassurance that Jimmy Butler will resign whenever contract is up. He's uncommitted for now and rockets won't give up their assests for someone who is likely to bolt in the summer

Firstly, this trade would have been excepted so fast by Minny. Richardson, Winslow, and a pick? Immediate acceptance by Minny if that's offered at any time regardless of whatever filler is attached. Secondly, players have no idea about specifics of trades like that days before deals are done. Not to disrespect to Mr.BigDikNene, but I can't buy this.
