The bolded is completely false, sir. Parsons definitely had a problem with Harden's iso's. He said it's difficult to really fault James because he's so good at making difficult shots (softening the complaint). Sampson did the same thing when speaking of James' defense with the MJ comparison.

Do you think Dwight likes the fact Harden matadors his opponent right into the paint?

James is capable of doing better, but he's setting a horrible example for his teammates.

Good! Our players need to grow up. Part of that is handling and learning from criticism.

Mad Max pointed that out in his little talk to them before Game 5. Gotta stay united and not let the opponents spot our weaknesses and disunity

It also seems McHale has lost the locker room if mad Max had to be brought in by Daryl.

Was going to guess Blossom, but SBS was equally horrible.

What a crap primetime lineup... SBS, Full House, Family Matters, etc.

This is some funny **** people talking in this thread about Harden being a problem in the locker room.

What about these 2 famous tapes in this series :

    - in G2, late in the game, Lin was dribbling the ball away from Howard and Howard had to move from one side of the court to another to re-establish his position again and yelled for the ball, after he dunked the ball and running back to the back court, he was yelling at Lin : " GIVE ME THE F**KING BALL!"

    - in G3, also late in the game, Lin made a stupid TOV and was upset about himself, Harden had pulled Lin to the sideline and told him to keep his head up and it will be OK.

I suspect Harden's a bit butt-hurt after all Matthews has done to him this series. We really need him to participate on D. He's probably tired of hearing that. Hope he grows his game a bit tomorrow night...

No one really knows what's been going on that locker room. But ever since Mario Elie talked with the team on Tuesday they look much better last. And I think Mario Elie should be the next lead assistant coach for this team or maybe the head coach.

Wes Matthews hasn't been doing anything to him. Harden is just playing utter crap in this series.

Dwight is most definitely upset, or at least frustrated, with Harden's matador Defense.

Think about it this way, last year when Dwight was in LA, he blamed much of the regular season loss on Defense, or more specifically, Kobe's, and to an extent, Nash's defense.

If he called out 2 of the greatest players' defense, you don't think he will call out Harden's?

What you said was totally BS.

    Howard will only upset :

    1. Someone can not make a simple entry pass when he was fighting with Lopez for the position down low.

    2. Someone can not box out and get a rebound when he went for a block.

Both has nothing to do with Harden in 99% of the situation.

In fact, the best Rocket's offense is the Harden Howard PnR.

Just a guess on my part but I suspect Harden is wanting to defend Lamarcus in Small ball lineup when Portland has their Twin Towers out there. And I suspect McHale isn't having it and Dwight supports having Asik out there in our Twin Towers lineup.

IF...... and that is a huge IF..... but if Harden could adequately keep Lamarcus out of the paint then we would be at a tremendous advantage on the offensive end with Lamarcus not being able to match up well against any of our smalls.

Personally I would rather try this if Portland stays in Twin Towers trying to get our bigs in foul trouble as opposed to bringing in Jones and making it more difficult on Harden to operate. I did see Harden wind up on LaMarcus for one possession last night and he did hold Lamarcus to a long turnaround jumper outside the paint.

I think Harden wants to match up defensively with Lamarcus and avoid having to work defensively on the perimeter against Matthews, Batum, Lillard, Mo, and Wright. .... all whom are making him look bad defensively.

If you have something that wasn't listed in the thread about Chandler supposedly talking about Harden, go ahead and post it. If you're talking about a different quote (a real one) then please post it.
