I really wanna know that too. He's not playing Green even, how he will use 11 guy in his rotation?

 

If he would stop playing Ariza 49 minutes then he can figure it out..

Ohhhh, I completely forgot that he has a relationship with MDA. That could swing things in our favor. He would be a HUGE addition off the bench, and a great way for our depth to stay fresh for the playoff push.

 

I still struggle to see how Mike is gonna handle this...Ryno will still get a good amount of PT...Mike was struggling to find any time for Green with the roster at full strength

a 10+ man rotation is very hard for him to manage

 

I just don't see who you bench to give him minutes. Do you play him over Gerald Green? Not Gordon, Tucker, Ariza, or Mbah a Moute. For me he'd only play if two of those guys are hurt, or if you want to rest Harden or CP3.

 

It doesn't mean anything unless he joins the Rockets.

yea I don't see how he gets on the court currently, and GG needs to keep playing, he has earned his minutes

Ariza can play 4 with JJ at the 3

JJ did play the 4 last year with Utah though

 

We already know how the rotation looks like when all are healthy, GG gets a DNP. JJ won't come here for that. I want Harden's and Ariza's minutes down until the playoffs start. MDA has to open his rotation up to keep these guys fresh and healthy. GG and JJ have got to get more burn, it's really just that simple. I hope MDA figures this out, been a terrific coach so far other than this.

To all questioning how MDA will find minutes for everybody that is a good problem for any coach to have.

 

I would not count on Ryno still getting a lot of time. Moute and Ariza have earned their time at PF.

 

Meh... not always.

I mean if you are trying to get minutes for guys 8,9 and maybe 10... ok.
If you've got guys 8-12 who all might need minutes... it could get messy.
Of course Johnson is a pro.

But bigger point is with Nene's health and not playing every game, etc., and Ryno being Ryno... shouldn't they focus more on frontcourt in the buyout market?
