...and Capela since he didn't fit with Westbrook.

    this idea came from harden

harden said if he was gonna team up and trust someone it would be WB

Tilman or Morey weren't really all in on WB. But Harden pushed for it convinced TIlman and Morey

Thanks Harden for growing up, wanting, and pushing for WB

Thanks Tilman and Morey for giving in to Harden's wish

Kudos to Westbrook for proving me wrong, I never thought he had the mindset to change his approach. He always had the ability, but after a decade I never thought he could stop jacking up a ton of poor jump shots.

And kudos to Morey for making it work. I don't think he was ever fully on board with this trade, but once the trade was made and it was clearly not a good enough fit, he went ahead and made controversial moves to make it a great fit. One can only wonder what Westbrook could have done the last few years had OKC surrounded him properly the way Morey has.

F**k that POS owner. Just because all the other parties involved seem to have found a way for this to work, it doesn't mean he still hasn't hampered the ever loving hell out of our efforts to build the best roster possible.

theres no chance in hell westi would be so passive in games 5 and 6 last year when we had warriors on their knees ready to be finished off...or imagine him in games 6 and 7 in 2018 taking it to the rim.. no chance on hell 0-27 happens

That's good leadership... listening to your employees input is paramount. I agree with what you're saying, but plenty of leaders don't listen to their employees. Tilman did. And I give him credit for that.

@mike2k132 so you're saying it was Harden's idea and Tilman pushed it through? Good. Me too. Tilman still played an important roll. Leaders shut down input all the time. At least Tilman listened.
