    I agree that LEADERSHIP right now is lacking. That includes McHale and Harden. I don't see any URGENCY. They don't have to panic, but some URGENCY would be nice.

    I have never been one to say fire Mchale but after seeing that pathetic 2nd quarter, something needs to be done to send a message. It was an embarrassment. Losing against the Mavericks without their 3 best players (who are not even 3 best players on a playoff team)

    He is a soccer coach but I am not sure if can do any worse than what McHale has been doing.

    At least he will get the team fired up!

    The Rockets as a team has quit on Mchale...and Mchale well he may very well have coached the last game for this Rockets team. I believe in Les Alexander..

    I think people are being a bit dramatic. The team is struggling, and there is something missing badly. McHale ultimately has to take responsibility, but I don't think you fire him just yet.

    When then? If not after this kind of performance against a D-League Dallas team at home, what will it take? Is it because we're 10 games in and people think McHale deserves more time? If I saw some signs of improvement that made me think they were about to turn the corner, I'd be ok with giving these guys longer. But they've been horrible defensively all season and their offensive execution ain't much better.

    They are getting worse lol. Tonight was terrible, worst performance of the season.

    You're right if they were improving then fine...but they are not.
