    That is a pretty ballsy move. How many coaches would bench their star player in the 4th in their elimination game?

    Unless there's a catastrophic meltdown this year where the team doesn't make the playoffs, there won't be a coaching change until the end of the season...if Les/Morey even decide to fire McHale. It's not in their M.O. to change midstream like this.

    I think if we finish lower than 5th McHale's toast. At least the public and fans would understand why McHale could be fired.

    It really depends on their record. If they finish lower than 5th like the Spurs did last year, not so bad. But if they finish lower than 5th with the Mavs record, he's as good as gone.

    The way this team is playing the latter is more of a possibility than the former which, of course, merits a coaching change. If the players no longer want to listen to their coach and is disinterested then it's time to make a move.

    They were making a run... no coach would have pulled that line-up that was making the run.

    I bet if that line-up started sputtering, he would have put Harden back in with the quickness.

    The only reason he didn't is because that line-up kept gaining on the Clippers until they passed them up. It was a pretty easy decision.

    Why did the Kings let go of Malone again?? He is a terrific young coach...that has his teams playing hard ALL the time.

    Coaching change needs to be made.

    Losing to the nuggets twice.

    Dwight Howard/ James Harden vs a bunch of nobodies.
