    The best available coach is Thibs.... he is one of the 3 or 4 best X's and O's coaches in the NBA.

    He is a terrible fit for Morey and Alexander though.

    Thibs wants control, and he doesn't have any desire to communicate with an owner.

    Thank you; I was going to ask cyberex that as it seemed open to parsing.

    All that said about WCF or bust'm up, reality (to me) is that there is almost no 'upset' in any WC p/o series.

    Best hope for moving on in the p/o as opposed to moving on from the coach (and GM?) is for Ty to realize expectations IMO.

    Finally Les has had enough of underachieving.

    I hope McHale keeps is job, because that would mean he gets his **** together and we have a successful season.

    I'm a bit conflicted right now, much of our poor play has been due to Harden...

    But all that being tossed aside doesn't change the fact McHale isn't a good coach, i still don't understand how a guy like Morey puts a talented squad together and completely ignores HC.

    So McHale has some work to do: get the team connecting by the all-star break, or he gets fired. then if he does get the team connecting, but doesnt get to wcf, he's fired.
