According to Brian windhurst (Cavs insider):

The location of LeBron's announcement is not expected to be in one of the cities he's considering.

So he's going to travel to another city just so he can announce who he is signing with? How ridiculous is that?

So many here seem shocked and/or outraged by this, feeling the need to call him an attention w**** or w/e.

    1. I think ESPN came to him with the idea...If ESPN could they would film him eating a sandwich and air it.

    2. why all the shock?...a professional athlete is going to announce where he signs on a channel dedicated to sports. Its not like he's going on CNN

I don't remember any threads created to show the outrage over HS football players announcing on ESPN where they'll play college and quite possibly fade into obscurity ala Lorenzo Booker who committed on Sportcenter's AM edition

He has an underground bunker somewhere in the US in case his decision is not what the citizens in Cleveland want to hear.

Doesn't that depend on where Wade goes? If Wade remains in Miami, he and Bosh alone do not make for a championship contender. After they filled in the squad with vet minimum players, they'll be a 45 game winner AT BEST. The Rockets won 42 games without Yao last season. We also didn't have Kevin Martin all season. And we have many young players who should have made at least marginal improvements from last season to this season. And, we're still the team that gave the Lakers their toughest series a little more than a year ago. I would think joining the Rockets would give Bosh a much better chance at winning a championship than joining Wade in Miami. Now, if they both went to Chicago - that's a different story.

Easier just to leak 7 things, that way it doesn't matter what someone heard.

That means he's probably not going back to Cleveland, so he doesn't disappoint his fans. If he has the conference in the city he chooses, it would be too obvious.

I just hope it's not the Knicks.

if hes going to new york with amare the cavs especially danny ferry are going to look like morons. all they had to do was throw in hickson and a first rounder with zydrunas, and they would of added amare instead of jamison.

Woj has been right on the money all along, as usual. This is great news for us. Having that pick swap might end up being just as good as getting Bosh.

EDIT: God, Chad Ford is such a hack. He's like the clowns at the Chron just trying to stir up hits, AND he just recycles information from reliable sources like Woj. "Sources: LeBron James is seriously considering joining forces with Wade and Bosh in Miami. Link coming .."

Attention w**** yes, but if this thing is going to be superhyped and your raising fuktons of cash to give to the boys and girls club by using it...that's actually an incredibly awesome thing.

    \

    From Darren Rovell.

Wonder why DeVry didn't get into the action. A certain somebody here might want to rethink his decision and go to U. of Phoenix instead.
