Easier said than done. Tough to do when you are a below average coach and have a lowsy coaching staff (w/the exception of Lucas).

I’m one of the few that actually likes Silas. A lot of the hate he gets is missed placed simply because of Sengun and Greens minute distribution.

There has to be front office meddling with the roster, it’s the only way to explain why Silas continues to let Green have a wetsbrookish impact on the team.

if the goal is to tank then it makes sense to prioritize Greens development over the teams success, i don’t think Silas is this dumb not to realize there’s a risk of loosing the locker room by doing so.

To me is just means he has job security with ownership and the Front office.

I think the Morey ball culture of chucking threes and following a rap sheet of recommended analytics is still there, which is dumb for a team of rookies figuring out how to tie their shoes and hide their first mistresses.

We're sorely lacking in fundamentals and chemistry and I'm still unsure whether it's all on Silas or people in the FO trying to meddle in Silas's authority.

It'll be harder to swallow year by year as tanking won't be as tolerated.

Or maybe it takes a jb bickerstaff like failure for even coaches to develop. First coaching gigs probably insanely hard to manage down and manage up.

I hate 3s and layups only, you need variety in your game or you are too predicatable.

efficiency of shots is great, so - who is shooting?

re: Silas - - the man was hired for one type of roster. Harden de facto put the screws to that man’s ultimate coaching career.
