Howard and ariza and bev for teague horford and splitter still a bad trade for atlanta.

We know they already turned down burks + burke/+ a first for teague alone. Sorry ariza and howard dont have enough value to get both.
Ariza+ Howard for Teague and Splitter yes. Not Horford.

Wade has somehow managed to look not half bad this season. He's playing smart pnr with Whiteside on offense and I think his post game will always be there for him with that hook shot of his. But Riley knows Wade's time is limited and I have no idea how he plans on keeping Deng, Wade, and Whiteside together.

Btw, Tyler Johnson isn't a rookie. He's a 2nd year lefty with nice bounce to his game and can hit the 3 at a decent rate, but not great vision. I wouldn't mind having him on the Rockets as a 3rd string guy learning D from Bev.

He tweeted later that Atlanta was holding out for Winslow. It's not a crazy trade for any of the teams, and all three have openly been players in trade talks. I think it's likely to be legit.

Yeah that was my initial thought as well. I think that Miami would be giving up a pick in this deal though because Horford is probably the best player in the deal and Dragic's contract diminishes any value he might bring.

Still would need to make another deal that could land the Rockets a stretch PF. TJones + filler for Pelicans Anderson or Suns Morris?

Why do the Rocket's do it? Just to make changes? Seems very lateral. Unless there are other trades going down before and after. I can't see us having 3 PGs...Beverly, Dragic and Lawson

Curious about the Cavs and Kevin Love situation. Would like to engage Cavs and Hawks in a 3 team deal involcing Love to Houston, Horford to Cleveland, and Howard to Atlanta.

Probably, but that says almost nothing AND he's a head case.

I think that in a parallel move they need to move Lawson or Beverley. Dragic is an upgrade, as bad as he is, over anyone we currently start. But he comes at a high price in long-term flexibility. Whiteside and Howard are interchangeable in terms of impact. Whiteside is a black hole on offense though.

To the comment about Birdman above, he comes off the books at the end of the year.

It's the All Star Break that gets them in that mode. By Thursday it will be crazy on the BBS with all the trades going down IF any.

I don't want Dragic. Overrated, plays no d, and turnover friendly (Although a hero here:rolleyes:)
