Boston doesn't have win-now assets though.

What trade could you come up with where Cleveland gets better?

Cleveland swapping Love for Howard/Anderson and say Ariza makes them better.

If it's not a game changing move, we stand no chance in playoffs this year.

Why not deal Howard for pieces?

I can't see what the Boston can offer that will help the Cavs right away besides picks.

Cleveland swapping for Anderson, Crowder, and say a Marcus Smart does more than Ariza and Howard.

    dont think so

Cleveland doesnt need picks or young player

they are in searching for winning now.

    DH to Cleveland make sense.

You are severely underrating Howard's impact.

I believe whoever believes or listens to Isola is too naive.

    Mozgov and Love to Houston
    Anderson and Howard to Cleveland
    Lawson and Jones/Dmo to NO

Lawson to make the salaries work

    Who says no?

I think you would have to give Cleveland Ariza as well, but I love the foundation of it.

If Houston can get Love for that then I would be all over it. Not happening though lol.

That's actually a very quality trade on your part.

Howard and Anderson is a pretty big shot in the arm to Cleveland. Ariza on top of that seems like too much.

Would love for Houston to be the third team some way.

Why would the Pelicans want Love?

If we are involved, I bet the Pelicans want us to take on Asik's horrid contract or maybe Gordon's?

I would gladly take Gordon's contract if the Pelicans take Brewer and would even throw in KJ to make the salaries work.

I think this trade makes sense for all involved.

Cavs get a ridiculous amount of depth and talent. Win now move for them.

In addition, Pelicans would get some draft picks but they also get value out of Anderson and a young player in KJ.

Rockets get Love, a look at Mozgov and Gordon's expiring.
