It's McHales responsibility to sit players who aren't performing well on the bench. Send a message. Yes upper management might not have agreed with benching Hardin due to his "selfish" play but it would have shown Morey, Les and the rest of the league that if he (McHale) ends up fired it isn't solely his fault.

The players have a right to be upset with McHale, because regard less of how a player is playing, it's the coaching staffs responsibility to do something about it.

 

Harden is clearly struggling this year. I'm saying that the blame can't just be on him since he is normally the person who makes up for everyone else even Dwight. Harden will be fine, we need to worry about the rest of the chuckle heads on the team.

Harden is being influenced. I don't know if its Tywon or Khloe or something else but it has become inherently obvious that he is influenced by those around him, evidence by his play last season after spending the summer with team USA and by him going for 37 against the thunder while jaw jacking with Durant and then 46 in L.A. while jacking with Drake. He's not self motivated and that's a bad sign if you're looking to him as leader on this team. We need a no nonsense coach, Thibodeau squeezed an MVP season out of Derrick Rose who seems to be as nonchalant about basketball as Harden. I think Harden flips the switch and plays better but he needs to learn to move without the ball. Watch young Kobe or A.I in the finals, this isolation crap can't win championships

 

It's good he is being criticized by teammates. Show they care. I hope he takes it positively and grow from it.
