Stars like Harden, Lebron and Russ, curry and KD will rest about 20-25% of games. If no fans, it’s easier to rest Bc u don’t let any fans down

A third wave would give him social distance management.

Bro, you've been over-hyping COVID risk since Day 1. Your predictions of millions of deaths, outbreaks like NYC in every major city, etc just haven't come true. The data suggests that the players at are no risk of dying whatsoever from COVID. Young, healthy, good lungs, good hearts. Vaccines and therapeutics are on the way. This is a disease of the elderly and the outdated thought of quarantining the healthy is now no longer a policy option. We should see full arenas very soon - there's little risk if the vulnerable stay home.

People who live in NY have the bias that everywhere is like their city.

Rockets Legend, and NYC residents, Melo thinks his city is like everywhere else

    From CBS Sports

"As far as actually playing and going back down into Orlando, I'm still up in the air a little bit because I really don't, we don't have all the details." Anthony said. "We don't know a lot of information, so until we have that, it's hard to just commit to that 100 percent."

Fake news. We're winning. We're all about winning and the economy is going great

All those hospitalizations are from fat obese San Antonio Spurs fan eating too much Churros. They would have been in the hospital for Diabetes anyway without Covid 19, but now the hospital are gaming everything to say it's Covid 19 because they receive Federal Funding and $$$ if they report all Obese San Antonio Spurs Fans in the hospital as Covid 19 related

I mean, come on, you suffer a minor injury which will take up couple weeks and you're ineligible already?

    They should elaborate on that.

That's largely the result of a dramatic increase in testing and people going to the hospital now (whereas in Jan-Mar they were sick at home). Deaths have slowed to a trickle in Texas. The positivity rate for COVID tests continues to fall.

If people needed hospitalization they were not staying at home. Increase in testing doesn't effect hospitalization numbers

The NBA can offer a season, but not sure if the players will come. Any guesses?

    1) All of them come to play except those infected
    2) Most of the guys come. 90%
    3) 80% Notable ommissions.
    4) 65% Can a season happen at this level?
    5) < 50%. Dont see a season happening.

They are going to come because they don't get paid if they don't come. No show no call = NO PAYCHECKS.

Most of these guys have EXPENSES > INCOME, they can only run credit card debt so much without a paycheck.

Baby mama, homeboys, family, friends you didn't even know you had, strippers, pron stars, sugar babies, multiple homes you have mortgage on but don't live in...they all need to be paid!!!

guys like Antonine Walker made over $100 millions in their career and now he's flat broke and living with a roommate in North Dakota for $400 a month to share a room.

Latrell Sprewell said he was insulted when the TWOLVES offered him $21 million, but he said that wasn't even to feed him family, so he quit the game.

Now he's bankrupt and making commericals about how broke he is.

NBA Players will play...they just talking to get a better deal. You really think Melo isn't going to play? Dude is all about the $$$.
Remember, he forced his way into the Knicks and ruined the Knicks so he can get the big contract with the Knicks instead of waiting to sign with the Knicks as a Free Agent.

Maybe the league should have picked a less clownish state than Florida within which to bet its COVID resumption strategy? I know hotel capacity is the thing but....is it really that big of a deal? Doesn't Vancouver have a ton of hotels?

Things are not trending very well there. But who knows, maybe when the warm weather finally comes, things will turn around!
