I've never said Sengun was bad to begin with you can run the the search I was ecstatic on draft day. SOFs ruined the experience since I wont grab my ankles and hold my breath like some of you. He's a nice player who is continually improving and his pro ball experience is starting to rub off on the team. KPJ hasnt reached my expectations, but he's still the 2nd best player on the team. Guys like you who deal in absolutes and need pats on the back and ego stroking have turned this fanbase into a toxic wasteland of obnoxious insecurities, but sure so you can rest easy I was wrong about KPJ and he's disappointed for the most part - does it make YOU feel better?

Still waiting on the wins we were promised with Sengun at point guard getting the lions share of minutes! Almost as if the issues with the team run deeper!

"remove Silas and KPJ and we could be a playoff team" LOL

Yeah I don't know that there's any way to look that up. That lineup has played in 18 different games, there's really just not a lot of data to get a good sample size for 5 man lineups. We only have two lineups that have played more than 100 minutes this year. If you drop it down to a 4 player lineup of Green/KJ/Sengun/Tari it's 124 minutes of 9.6 net rating. I get that it doesn't seem significant, but if you go look at lineup data, like 90% of our lineups are negative. So these lineups that are big positives really stand out, even with the small sample size, they've gotta be doing something right. I don't think it's totally meaningless.

I've been calling this for weeks. EG is more likely to get bought out than being able to net the Rockets any assets. Stone got greedy last year, and got exposed lying to the media about a fake deal he never had. Then he couldn't take a lesser deal because he was trying to save face. His last ditch is to try and lie to EG that Harden wants to play with him next year so he can use his contract in the Summer in a trade.

I'd love for the Rockets to get a pick for EG, but honestly good on EG for no longer letting himself be a toy for Stone to keep dangling. EG deserves a chance to play meaningful bball.

And Stone should be fired this Summer or demoted back to cap/contract guy.

Stone's vision is Stone's agenda to make a name for himself as the next Presti, or Morey. Every move made seems to be in the interest of setting up deals that would be designed to make him look like a master GM playing 3D chess.

The best example is the Nix agenda where you could tell he was one of these undrafted guys who he tried to elevate so he could have one of those "diamonds in the rough" players that guys like Morey get a reputation for finding.

I like Clutch's idea for getting a veteran guy in that has no agenda or nothing to prove to give Tillman an outsiders POV, and help put things in order that are designed around the team's best interest long term. We don't necessarily need to fire Stone this afternoon, but it's clear to me that he needs to at least be put in check, and the front office's decision's need to stop having an agenda other than the agenda of making the Rockets contenders again with a culture that is respected around the league.

    if they aint willing...
    no prob...
Ego can sit at the end of the bench and wave a towel for the rest of the year...
and we'll take the cap space at the end...

and i aint throwin in KMJr for that late rd pick... gtfo with that... maybe if u wanna reroute somebody to a 3rd team and add to the kitty...

    It is fairly simple.

    1. Tank until you draft a dude
    2. Hope a draft pick becomes a dude
    3. Try and trade for a digruntled dude

    those are his 3 options

    Gordon wants what Gordon wants.
But what's going to happen is going to be what the Rockets think is best for them.

I think if we end up not getting anything for Gordon after teams were offering a first last year. Combined with the clown show we have on the court and past trades involving dipo et al., should lead to stone going too

This is likely the real story and we can forget the John Collins nonsense. Stone is trying to play hardball with the Suns and now EG and his team are putting the pressure on the Rockets to get him to PHX. Eric wants to play with CP3 on a vet team.

What a shitshow - the only positive in this scenario is that it got @cyberx finally out of hiding.

    Stone needs to go

and then watch as 'dude' gets frustrated with shitsh*w of an organization... becomes discouraged with toxic culture... further disenchanted as they then try to frantically try to find talent they can add - since they havent developed any themselves... and watch dude leave...
    rinse... repeat...

u cant guarantee drafting or acquiring 'a dude'... but one can surely build a professional organization - if so inclined...
    obviously... we aint inclined... smh...
