Do you watch Howard in the post during the game?
He establishes and makes himself a viable target very often.
The ball then gets swung to the other side of the court.

Granted he's been less then acceptable in the post offensively so far - to say he doesn't establish himself is taking it too far.

 

Anyone hear Dwight's post game comments with Craig Sager?

Sager: "What happened on that last play when Blake got open for the three?"

Howard: "We had just talked about it (during timeout) before we got on the court, the guy just messed up on the play. It happens, we just have to come back on the next play."

Wow you're reading way too much into that and trying to hate on him for no reason with his comment.

 

His screens are effective enough for the ball handler to get into the lane. Then while Dwight is waving his arms asking for the ball to get an easy hoop, the ball handler (whoever it happens to be) just dribbles around the lane with their head down and passes it out.

 

I have no idea why, and I'm honestly not even that concerned about it. Just pointing out what I see.

 

We need a spot up three point shooter.
