Would love to get Love / Drummond.

    Send out Westbrook / Tucker.

    Harden
    House
    Covington
    Love
    Drummond

Spam pick and rolls and rebound the hell out of the ball.

Pick and pop with Love and Roll with Drummond. Harden will average 14 assists for the season to go with his 33 or 34 points .

I will take it! Get ibaka in here too and give us a sharp shooting point guard that can actually help!

where do I sign for turner/brogdan?

just think about if we didn't have rus for game 2 against the lakers we would've won. yes they blew us out of the next 3 games but add turner/brogan, or zubac/beverley, or lopez/bledsoe, or rubio/oubre or any 2 high level starters and I bet we can win one of those games. 2 high level starters in an 8 man rotation makes a huge difference. so then we push it to game 7. against the team that blew through the playoffs. but this time we have a coach who makes adjustments, we have ego/pj/house playing against the bench units instead of starting. I just think we can be a championship team by surrounding James with a bunch fo roco-level starters. its' not time to give up yet.

I actually don’t mind the CJ and Collins deal but Dame and Westbrook backcourt makes zero sense. Noway Portland would make that.

The Brogdon and Turner deal is pure fantasy. Indiana will never do that.

CJ and Collins is a pipe dream too, CJ is perfect guard next to Harden and Collins is super talented young big.
Sign Ibaka and that’s a squad

Yep. Great shooter and moves amazingly well off the ball. Can score efficiently.
    Collins is a great defender

I’d like something similar, but instead keep PJ, Cavs keep Drummond, we swap Love for WB and sign Noel with our MLE or BAE

with WB gone we don’t have to worry about only having stretch 5’s. Noel brings a lot of what Clint did, better defensive instincts but on a thinner frame. I’d love to get him here with Harden, Noel has always had the potential to be a very good center but it seems like his agents have been doofuses.

    Gordon / ?
    Harden / Mac
    Covington / House
    Love / Tucker
    Noel / Green

Keep Kevin Love and the Cavs completely out of this. They have worthless players.
Stone needs to be fired on the spot, if he is even thinking about it.

In many ways it would be a replica of our 16-17 team, Love would just be a superior version Anderson who can rebound.

We wouldn’t come close to winning a ring (as we wouldn’t in pretty much any scenario) but it would be a fun team, Harden could relax and be the man without a CP or WB to share with.

I will never see the fascination with Kevin Love; especially in the last few years. Mostly an overpriced irrelevant player.

Exactly. I want to smash my phone every time I see his name mentioned with the Rockets.

K-Love is about 10% better than Ryan Anderson. A player pushed out of the league two years ago.

Haha ok CF’s.....he is 15% better than Ryan. Lol.

Detroit is a mess, but it is a fact they traded Andre Drummond to a team inside their own division for a future second-round pick and two expiring contracts at February’s trade deadline. That tells you how decision makers for NBA teams feel about Drummond. No contender stepped up to beat the Cavs pathetic excuse of an offer for the best rebounder in the NBA.

Also, I don’t disagree with you that Drummond is a more talented version of Clint Capela, and you are correct that he is working on improving his outside shot. He actually made 4/12 three-point attempts in Cleveland. Furthermore, because he has an expiring contract, I’d much rather trade Westbrook for him instead of Kevin Love. However, unless he changes his mindset about playing team defense and stops worrying about putting up empty stats, he’s not someone I want in my organization long term.

The issue with Drummond has nothing to do with talent. It has to do with his work ethic, and his willingness to do the little things that lead to winning at the expense of his personal stats. Perhaps being traded for peanuts opened his eyes, and he’s ready to be a valuable player on a contending team. As a one-year rental, I have no problem taking the gamble that Silas can unlock his potential.

Technically, we'd be the odds-on favorites to win it all. Any sort of organized basketball in in 1920? Harden and Love would dominate all those short white guys.
