I'da done this after Farmar of '08. Farmar is still 2 years younger than Brooks. The '09 Farmar, no thanks though I'd consider his defense, bigger frame and young age.

Declining that shows the Rockets might not be seriously considering moving Brooks, or the pick wasn't high enough
