well, the official Houston Rockets twitter account tweeter got fired for his emoji tweets last year. Maybe Thaddeus gets a break for his tweets. Don't think Keith Jones has a twitter account. Surely Rockets won't fire Morey over his tweets. If Les lets him go, he will be snatched up quicker than than lightening bolt.
A source of a source, of course of course, and no one can talk to a source of a source, that is of course, unless the source, Is the famous Mr. Clutch!
When is the last time you saw Morey look or sound happy in a interview or public event in the last year? His Boss has gone on record and said that every one in the organization is going to be evaluated including. I am just stating my opinion based on what I have observed.
Wait, what??? Impulsive? Lotsa adjectives may apply, perhaps even a flattering one or two, but impulsive?
Thanks. I do not believe it nor do I think the move would be anything but stupid. The only possible 'yes' to this would be if DM the GM elected to leave for his own reasons, and I don't believe that either.
Hmmm?? There is no link? No validation of the OP's status as an insider? AND Clutch himself responds to this thread stating that he has heard nothing in regards to Mary's impending firing AND YET this thread hasn't been locked? Is this rumor MORE than a rumor? "There will be no joy in Mudville if the Mighty Casey has struck out!" ....... ....... .......
Never and I repeat never trust anyone who starts a sentence "a source of a source". Morey may deserve to be fired, but he will not be. This is pure high grade unadulterated BSand the OP should consider a more appropriate career as a politician.
One WCF in a decade shouldn't be the end all be all of Morey's resume here. If Les looks at our failures this year, dysfunctional locker room, coddling of James Harden & our overall poor reputation around the league, firing him and starting new is not a bad idea
Now if JVG wants full control then I understand. But man seeing Morey leave the organization is going to sting a bit.
The rumor might be Bull but the whole atmosphere should be very tense after such a disappointment of a season. That is why literally anything might be announced and this thread is not closed My 2 Cents
Look, I agree with a lot of you Murray lovers. He is probably better than 80% GMs in this league. But when do you say ok he had a run, things didnt work the way he visioned it, time for someone else to take over. My question to Murray fans, what else needs to happen, to give someone else a chance? 10 years not enough? Why wouldn't someone else, even in that 80% bracket, try to make something thats better than what we got over the last 10 years?
