He was in quite a bit with harden too . He just is making the wrong plays . He doesn't know where to rotate or how to play coverages .

On offense he looks good on breaks and d'antoni has helped him out by getting him slashing downhill . But he can't shoot , he can't pass , and outside of those situations he just looks like he's playing like a chicken with his head cut off .

Brewer is gonna make effort plays and he's gonna try his best everytime , but right now his positioning and decision making in both ends of the floor is abysmal . Maybe if he sits out for a while he can figure it out .

 

This team needs DMo so badly, especially for his ability to play position defense...he would be by far the best defensive big on the team.

Do they need him though? I really don't think so...Adams, Sabonis, that's their front court for the future, they have Kanter, Grant, Lauvergne...and they already wasted a toon of cap room resigning Adams and Oladipo, not sure they want to waste more on D.Mo just to make a competitor (and competitor for what btw? For the lottery? lol) match...Morey didn't match Parsons, he's not going to match a 3 years full guaranteed (or something like that) for D.Mo either...and i think Presti is smart enough to know this.

Would be interesting, DMo would instantly start for them at PF over Sabonis and at a minimum even if they wanted to go with 2 centers to start using Adams and Kanter it would add depth to their front court.

That said, I'd hate to think Morey was so cheap he wouldn't match.

Well, i think it's safe to say that nobody will give him a max deal at this point, but do you think Morey is going to match a 36x3 fully guaranteed DD? I'm not sure about this...
