You don't have this meeting the day after this game if the idea is that you're gonna wait until after the season is over.

But it's Bob, so who knows.

In the past, McNair has purposefully waited until after the season to make any decisions of this nature. If he makes a decision to fire Kubiak now, I have to believe that means Gary will be fired now rather than later.

He should just fire him now. He may be doing him a favor by possibly preventing another mini or full stroke...

It usually doesn't work out the way the fans want so kubiak might just stay for next 6 weeks, he may see it as pointless since season is already lost. If he did, he would have to do it today to allow wade to start gameplanning for next week. So if not in next few hours doesn't happen.

I'd just assume let him finish out the season. I'd hate for Wade to somehow run off six straight and take the pole position.

They need to CLEAN HOUSE. Top to bottom; anyone not related to McNair is gone.

If Kubiak insists on playing Schaub (a guy who is 100% sure dead-man-walking), and stunting Keenum's growth, then he needs to be relieved of his duties ASAP. I don't care if Wade wins a few games, as position in the NFL draft has mostly been shown to be worthless. And I'm sure many of us would love to stick it in the Patriots, Colts, or Broncos eye to end the season anyway, as long as Gary and Matt aren't the ones doing the sticking.

We'll be lucky to win 2 more with the way our secondary is playing. If Wade hasn't fixed that by now, it's not gonna happen.

The worst thing about this whole situation is that if Kubiac knows he's a lame duck, and is not fired now, then Schaub will start the rest of the way because that is how he wants it.....

No pass rush from the OLB's contributes more to this defense's ineffectiveness, and exposes the shaky secondary even more.

I think Antonio Smith just got another off-sides penalty.

LOL, yeah the two guys that have never won a game against the likes of Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, and the entire Indy team at home will all of a sudden stick it to them?.... haha highly doubtful.

What two guys? Case and Wade? Cause that's who I'm giving the outside shot to.

(Not that I want to mention this, but Gary and Matt have beaten Peyton and Brady before)

Agreed. I feel like it's a near certainty that Schaub will be the starter this week if Kubiak is coaching.

I knew Kubiak still wanted Schaub and didn't believe in Case but even I was shocked how he pulled him in the middle of a game. I figured at worst he would get Schaub back in to start.

Just no ability to stray from the path, or break with his previous conclusions.

Should have been after last yr 4 loss tank at the end of the season. It should be no latter than tomorrow. If not and scrub starts next game then 5 min after the game is over. With Kubs and Scrub we will never make the playoff every again and will always be top 4 worst teams in the NFL as long as then are on the team :mad:

Best they could do is 3-3 finish with 5-11 record but I don't think we can beat jags twice and titans because this team has checked out. They usually keep it close even when this team was good. Almost a win win situation, kubiak fired we get what we want Shaub done as well, he stays they'll prob lose out or beat jags once. Need to lose to jags bc top choice of qb could ride on it.

Just don't understand how you undermine a young QB's confidence like that. Really seems foolish.

    ^Exactly.

We are staring at 3-13. This is what needed to happen to get Kubiak and perhaps Smith fired.

IDGI, wasn't Kubiak the one who brought in Rick Smith?

If anything you should whack the cronies before you kill off the head man in charge.
