One of the best things about our two weeks of winter every year here in Houston is the chance to warm up with some comforting soups, stews and gumbos. French Onion, Tortilla, Tomato, Chicken Noodle, Turtle, and so on. Post your faves. Chili is fine too. I love Pho, but since we have had a gazillion Pho threads why don't we keep it the Pho kout. :grin: I think I will head over to Goode Co. Seafood for some gumbo.
