Watching last night a couple of thoughts...

    1) PJ is very limited
    2) PJ is so limited he only works in specific systems
    3) Rox play that system, not many other teams do
    4) Everyone can see PJ is limited and an overrated system player at this point
    5) Except PJ

Self awareness is a gift and sadly looks like PJ has none. Sad to see it end this way but he probably should be traded for value.

PJ is done as a Rocket he doesn't fit with the new more athletic squad.

    Trade him for future considerations.

I can’t believe how underrated and undervalued PJ is here man. It’s mind blowing that people don’t want someone on the team who constantly produces winning plays like loose balls, taking charges, exceptional defense. Stop box score watching. Basketball is so much more than that.

And who the **** cares how old he is. If you are competing for a championship with Harden you absolutely need PJ Tucker.

No, you don't PJ is too short, and has lost a step, and DOESN'T MOVE OFF THE BALL - he stands in the corner.....

He would be at most a ROLE player on this team - we have better taller options than him....he would not be satisfied as a guy that is the 9th man on the team - he is dead wood.

I honestly don’t know what you watching during Rockets games because you certainly are not watching PJ.

I am watching people just more than 6" off the ground and rebounding over him, I am watching our bigs cut, and move off the ball and not just stand in the corner.

I have loved PJ since he was a LongHorn, but he is not, redundant.......he is 4th on the bigs list at best........his value is not equal to his contract.

We have looked better than we have ever looked with PJ in the lineup and not cousins. That big lineup you are talking about is never going to happen, you dont know what you are watching. You are too biased towards a style of play that is not for this era.

We are missing a longer 4 or Power Forward....PJ is too short and not athletic.
Options: Aaron Gordon, John Collins or Lauri Markkanen from Chicago Bulls?

Basketball isn’t just about being athletic. Have you not been watching James Harden dominate the league? Half the battle is being a smart basketball player. That’s what makes PJ and James so great. It’s their basketball IQs. Stop playing 2K. Height and jumping high are overrated.

No, it isn't ...neither of them have won a ring - and we got hammered by taller more athletic teams at the 3ball game.

It's ok if you don't see it now......you will....you will.

If Rockets traded for either player, PJ would still start at the 3.

My choice would be Aaron Gordon over those options.

AG is better playmaker and defender than Markkanen and Collins.

Pj will blossom because he will help defend on the 5 while directly guarding the small forwards and power forwards. This will preserve his energy and his stats should be awesome.

You really talk like a slime ball man. You could at least have decorum about this situation but you refuse to do even that.

The guy is getting 8 million a year to play a kids game - you think we owe him anything?

Time for him to go - loved his grit, his hustle, his hard work, but life moves on....time kills us all - he is done as a starting level PF....

We don't need a guy making 8m a year blocking the way of better younger players.
