Yeah, he sure did. Man, I sure feel stupid here getting called out with a reference to that really cool game Doom. That sure is cool isn't it krocket? Lot's of people still play that game, right? Right? Right? Cool game, lot's of fantasy. Chicks dig it. Mark these words Doom referencer, I was just trying to call a truce. Great Predictor of the Future. GPF. It works for me. I'm your don, huh? How respectful of you to consider me your Godfather, krock. Have a good day.
Thanks for the info "Don" (Sorry, it just looked appropriate, I didn't mean it to be disrespectful. I didn't know you thought you were a 'Godfather'. I thought it was short for Donald). I had no idea where the term 'pwned' came from. I never played Doom, I just heard it and understood the meaning of the term often on the web. Being sarcastic in your retorts does not help your case in any way. The fact you responded about the same topic about 3 times runs it well beyond 'trying to call truce' category and I believe you should know that.
Sure T-Mac's back is never going to be the same again, but rememeber. he does NOT need to do what kobe does 82 games a year. He does NOT NEED to put up 35 ppg. Since Yao has become a more dominant force, T-Mac could just put up 22-25 ppg. Yao will score most of points during the earlier parts of the game. he can probably average 21-23 ppg and 10 rpg. Then come 4th Quarter...T-Mac will be T-Mac. Jump shot or not....he's money at these clutch situations. He can easily put up 10 points every game in the 4th Quarter. It hurts me to see alot of you people lose faith in Tracy McGrady. We all gotta have a little more faith in our superstar. Remember, Yao will help out and I'm sure we'll get a decent draft pick who will pick up the slack. T-Mac loves Houston. He wants to live his career as a Rocket and the man believes his back is a non-issue. So, stop with the Paul Pierce, AK-47 etc rumors. I'd only give away T-mac for Kobe Bryant or a mix of two great players. Thank You!
A good poster, we can not improve the team by simply trading T-Mac. We need get better role palyers, then start from there.
The trade we need is HOU trade TMAC CHI trade #2, #15 and Lou Deng We cat pick Morrison or Bargani with the #2 , with the #8 Shelden Williams or Patrick O'Bryant and a good SG with the #15 Houston loose a All Star but we have a deeper team with future.
That's an excellent idea!! Darn, I wish I can come up with smart idea like this some day. See, this way, Rox can get another lottery pick in 07, 08, 09 and so on, since Rox is so lucky, they will get the top pick every year.
and the magic couldn't give him away in a trade if they wanted to. some of you just seem to think you are so smart and every gm out there is dumb. if the rockets were offered pierce for t-mac right now they would probably take it. boston isn't making that offer. if his injury concerns you, it concerns them and they have more to lose than you people. if threads like these popped up from time to time and people made "likely" trade scenarios -- for example stephon marbury for t-mac -- it would make a whole lot more sense. but no one will make a thread with THAT trade scenario because of how dumb they would feel. so we keep seeing names like kg and pierce pop up like those are going to happen in the real world.
1. IF T-mac's back was bad enough that the Rockets would want to trade him, then he won't pass a physical, so he could not even be traded. 2. IF T-mac COULD be traded then it means his back is NOT bad enough to fail a physical, in which case there would be no reason for the Rockets to actually trade him.
