I think the OP doesn't change the opinion of Tmac being a superstar, he is concerned about Tmac's health. However, if that is the concern, I don't think his idea will work then. Therefore, Roxs will be either in a huge hole or a very good spot next season. I wish it is the latter...
The only reason the "one bad season" caused us to change our stance is because he revealed himself to have a chronic back problem. If it were just a "bad season" we'd say that he can recover. People want to ship him out b/c he's permanently damaged goods, not because he isn't good enough.
1 2nd dat, this is bs when t-mac scored 40pts back to back and shyt people was riding d**k real hard, but now...
Wow, a newbie already assigned a new moniker. Ok, listen thee of little faith to the GPF. Rockets starting five next year. Yao, Tracy, JH, Wesley, Rafer. Yao plays awesome, TMAC plays awesome, Rockets on cruise control first month of the season. TMAC takes a spill, playing time is reduced, has to sit every third game. Wesley can't hit a jumper to save his life, big guards abuse him, Luther comes off the bench can't hit a jumper, big guards abuse him. Our new draft pick, Brewer comes off the bench can't hit a jumper, solid defense but not good enough for JVG to start. Stromile watches. Rafer can't hit a jumper, point guards abuse him. Yao in constant foul trouble trying to stop all the guards getting by our guys. Rockets suck again, everybody blames Van Gundy and starts wondering who we can get in the draft next year. Meanwhile, we're still maxed out and can't even sniff a decent FA. Sorry about the negativity, but we are old and aren't built to succeed in the new NBA. We need to find a way out of this salary cap hell or we can look forward to another 9 years without a playoff series win. I hope I'm wrong, but Les will have to go Cuban or we will have to trade TMAC to avoid the above.
The only one chance is that we trade him prior to the serason. Once he starts playing and complains of his injured back, then we will never be able to trade him. It means we play a long shot, not knowing if Tracy will be great or injured. On the other hand the trading team would be making the trade also as a long shot-- it would be a gamble for both teams !! I am surprised that Morey isn't already working on the odds of this one!
damn these fu*king nerds, go hop on somebody else nuts, damn! You must like talking to dudes, go find a female or something
We alll hope that this is the case but its a matter of playing the odds [ ask Morey] The alternative is not one that we hope for!
No!! WE CAN'TThe reason is that after the start of the season, if his back breaks down again he is untradable.
~ What about when Yao has more foot problems this season? Let's trade him now too before the season starts!
lol I think "mark my words" and "just as I've been saying" are the most over used phrases on this site
