    He did get the MAX. $80/6yr is the MAX. That's another reason Lewis may be pissed. For all we know, if the Suns were not bound by the CBA they might have given Marion $120M/6yrs, who knows?...

    I agree with people who say Marion is the better player, but he's not THAT much better. You look around the leaugue and see what other young SF are making: Croshere, Tim thomas, Keith van Horn, Jamison, and now marion. Lewis is in the middle of this pack and should be getting a salary that's in the middle of those above, which puts him around $10-11 per year. He's right to be pissed.
