The OP was evidently poking fun out of McSuccess's stupid quote. McSuccess was implying that a player with a 29pt /9TO statline was not caring about the win, which was an egregious thing to say in public, let alone from the Headcoach; no sane fan actually believes that. But count on Harden stans to actually turn it into an argument dissing Harden and how LOFs are spoiling the forum for good vets. The same vets who were trying to stir **** in the gameday thread with Gogi fanboyism and Lin hate the very night the Roxs clinch an historic play-offs berth. Just another day on the GARM...

 

Everyone understands what he was saying, they just don't understand why it's being brought up after a Rocket's win that clinched a playoff berth when all it's going to do is create animosity.

I don't really think that most posters in this thread actually understand that. Why was it going to create any animosity? McSuccess's quote was stupid. As predicted, it came back to bite him in the ass. Why so butthurt from an inocuous tongue in cheek comment when vets did 100x worse in the game thread, basically spoiling it and turning it into yet another LOF vs LOH debate?

 

All sides have had their "full of ****" moments to be honest.

The vets.

The internet. Where folks who do not dare spout such nonsense in real life are suddenly empowered with a medium to do so without fear or risk.

Harden had six turnovers

Shouldn't a high turnover rate be acknowledged for any player. Also, I am very worried about Harden's poor FG%. Can we be competive in the playoff' when he relies mostly on converting free throws to score. The Nuggets held Harden to 14 points because they rarely fouled him. Will other teams follow the Nuggets. Almost all super stars relie on a high FG% for points. Harden's a great player, be this has bothered me for a lonf time.

9 turn over is really ugly. Harden should take less PG role in a game.
