OMG people...i SERIOUSLY doubt this trade will ever happen. If Clutch is in the dark then thats obviously a bad sign. Lets focus on things that may actually happen..like playoffs, or resigning posey, or something of that nature. You heard it here folks...no way this happens. The Clippers have 3 or 4 guys on their team that will want the max or want out of LA. In order to get value out of their valuable players they will have to make a trade. If they do not, they are stuck with nothing for next year. They will make a move unless they are stupid. Why wouldn't anybody want to trade Cat in a deal to get Brand? Shooting guards and small forwards are ALOT easier to get than big men. Like someone said, the point PF and center are the most important and hardest positions to fill. We can either sign a FA sg to replace Cat, or let Posey play there and get a small forward until Boki or TMO is ready. Hell a lilne up of Yao, Brand, Francis and just about any two players you want to throw in is a playoff team. What is the downside??????
MoTay can still be traded to a third team. I mean if any trade talks are going on then all the players can be bait since Rudy supposedly "loves" all of them.
