Yeah, I took business law as part of my degree, and I don't see it that helpful in this legal situation. I do know you want to put up No Trespassing signs in clearly visible places if you plan on doing anything. You want to leave as few legal loopholes as you can if you plan on injuring someone or prosecuting someone for entering your property.
My guess is when you talked to your neighbor’s and one of them was the culprit and felt guilty so he/she stop doing it.
something tells me they went toe-to-toe, chappelle quotes were tossed around, and then they became buds. damn montanians.
you need to set up a series of obstacles and traps. For example, dig a deep hole and put a net over it with leaves on top, the culprit is sure to fall through and will be there when you get home, so you can interrogate him.
I know who it is!!! <a href="http://s920.photobucket.com/albums/ad50/miguelarvizo/?action=view¤t=bert-mug.gif" target="_blank"><img src="http://i920.photobucket.com/albums/ad50/miguelarvizo/bert-mug.gif" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
