Sorry to hear about that, but I'm glad it's not a problem for you anymore. My neighbors typically keep to themselves, but tonight I'll talk to them about it.

Why don't you put up a no trespassing sign and a lock...

OR get electric fence stuff and wrap it around the latch, that would be fun.

No, unless its a child and you have something that would attract a child (a cute puppy for example) or a trampoline or a pool. If you have nothing that will attract children, u should be able to totally get away with it.

Business Law was the most fun I've ever had at school.

Man so you still don't know what went on in your yard. Hurry the F up and buy a video camera.

Seriously? That's how the law works in the US? So if a burglar tries to rob you and injures himself in the process he can sue for it?

Absolutely wrong. You're analyzing the situation incorrectly. He would almost certainly be liable.

    Also wrong.

Should have had trip mines set up then. Not my fault that you aren't prepared.

Good, stick to Business law because you are WRONG on this point regarding torts. Spring guns and traps are illegal and you will be sued if someone gets hurt and you will lose.
