How? He would have signed to anywhere in the league for more money. If anyone wanted him he would have gone. MCW is minimal player on a minimum one year contract. One would think his goal is to showcase his skills for an upcoming contract. There is no better place then Houston to do just that for him. The system is set and locked into ball dominating guard play. The NBA is a business more then a sport. He is a professional that wants to get paid while he still can because he knows his earning potential has a time limit to it.
