At least they get a #1 draft pick, to look on the bright side. Maybe tge NFL should do the same with the salary cap; give teams with the worst records - over a three or four year timespan - a little more ($5 - $20 million more) cap space, teams with the best records a little bit less.

It amazes me that franchises as old as the Lions and Cardinals can continually be this bad; although the poor decisions are obvious enough (how did Wayne Fontes even get a coaching career?).
