Some songs that remind me of Rhien - whether their overall mood is dark or just sad in general...miss you buddy: <iframe width="425" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/0OK7NOrnE_s" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="425" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/t-nm9XDN8iw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="425" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/OFk9Ev_a16A" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

This is terrible news, my condolensces to the family. Death really makes you think about life...its really sad
Out of respect for our lost colleague, and those who cared for him, please direct all comments centered around prayer and religion to this thread, which I created in D&D a while back specifically for such discussion. Religious debate should take place elsewhere. (In fact... Clutch, could you please amend your original post to indicate that?) This thread is about the loss of Landlord Landry. The BBS won't be same without him.
While I understand and respect your motives, I don't think that discussion and debate on relgiion/spirituality can be limited to just one thread. How about just one thread for all things musical?
Hey now, I cant see god. But I did see The Beatles, Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, 2Pac and Devin the Dude.
If that's how you feel, you can go over to the D&D section and click the "New Thread" button. The point is: this thread is not the place for such discussion.
rhien sounds like someone that i would've enjoyed hanging with. R.I.P. landlord landry our clutchfans community is a tight-knit one... i didn't know rhien, but am very sad about his passing.
Understand. I agreed. Do you understand that I didn't say it needed to be in this thread? I'm just saying that you can't bottleneck discussion about volatile topics by sending them to one thread of your choosing. It's a subtle form of censorship.
I completely agree. At the risk of doing exactly what you are suggesting we ought not do though, it is a little weird to see so many "He's with God now" posts in a thread about the loss of an atheist. I think those posts are also out of place in a memorial thread for Rhien. And with that I will say nothing more about it (and I hope no one will actually reply to my post in this thread) except for one more R.I.P.
I won't go too far into this but I can't resist pointing out that he'd only been an atheist for a few months. Another time; another place.
I wonder if his sister (?) still reads the BBS? If she did, I would be curious to know if there is any kind of fund set up for LL's daughters. They just spent another Christmas without their Dad. An extra toy under the tree or a donation to a college fund won't change that, but it's a gesture I think a lot of us would like to make in his honor.
