Another long time lurker. Really sad to hear LL passed on. My thoughts are with you guys and gals that knew him, and to his kids/family. So sad.....
Did not see this one coming, never thought I would feel this way over someone I've never seen before. RIP
Didn't know him other than reading his posts, but he came off as a good person/poster......may he rest in peace and i hope his kids are old enough to hold on to the good memories.
Depression is extremely hateful. In most cases it takes more than mental toughness, medication and support to defeat this beast of an illness. No one can ever say that they knew exactly what LL was going through, but from personal experience its hands down the most difficult thing I've ever had to deal with. I'm so thankful that I found the right combination of elements to get me back on track which prompts my willingness to talk to people who go through it. I don't know any of the details about LL's unfortunate passing but I truly believe that if his death can help to raise awareness about this dark disease it would do him the honor that he so richly deserves. Let's do something.
Rest in Peace. We were all blessed to have you with us for 32 years and we are all the poorer for your passing.
Mental stress is a b****. I have a friend who got blind in a matter of days after she found out that her husband was sleeping with another woman. She caught them in action at their very own house.
Horrible to hear about this... even worse to think a contributing cause might be rejection at the hands of his family because of his beliefs (or lack thereof). I didn't know you Rhien, but you turned me on to some fine music. This community will miss you.
