true.. thats why Ref's took Lin out of the game. He can't be compared to the best player in the league. I mean if Lin came out with the same stats what would people think?

Here is a positive thought( that has probably been mentioned already ). If it were not for the 1st quarter thrashing, the Rockets would have won.
    Payback Saturday.;)

Once again turning in to a Lin thread

It almost seemed like Harden mailed this game in. JJ Redick ran circles around him on the offense end. Come on JJ Redick? Really? It seemed like he was out of whack from the start of the game. I thought his back was acting up again...

Oh well, he'll bounce back and go off one some one today I'm sure.

The game showed a vast improvement in certain areas. Post-passing, Post-spacing, various little cuts are starting to take place. You can't win every single game and I thought it would take a while for this group to get all sorted out but we are really getting it together fast. Certainly there is still a few chemistry issues and our guys are still trying to completely figure each other out and that will come with some more time. There is something special here.

Turnovers led to 10 points.....three pointers and Freethrows gave them about 10 more

I agree that we should start Casspi against the Clippers. Griffin couldn't stay with him at the 3pt line nor when he drove to the basket. Casspi can also help better on defense against the shooters when our players are getting caught on screens.

Harden obviously partied too hard in LA, no worry, he will be back.

As poorly as we played, we were still able to close the gap to single digits. Plenty of time to improve, but we can definitely beat these guys.

True, last season Harden did always bounce back hard after bad games.

    1. Lin/Smith PNR was looking very good..... for the 4 possessions or so, why not milk it more?

    2. Casspi/Parsons can be our "Twin Mid-sized Towers" if they are both on fire, they have similar strengths and would be scary if both on fire on 3's and penetrating.

    3. Aaron Brooks showed flashes of Nate Robinson-esque scoring

    4. Garcia death stare

    5. Hilarity of missed dunks and lobs, ok maybe not so funny last night but hey you gotta laugh at something eh?

    So that's right, perimeter defense.

There is no excuse. If you are suppose to be the leader and superstar of this team, you need to show up every game. Or at least do your best. Especially on a nationally televised game... Harden better show up and show some hustle/energy from the start, or he will start to see more media scrutiny going forward.
