Yup. Its part of a series of hacks that have Xbox Live users accounts transferred to Brazil/Russia and never returned. I got my stuff changed before my hackers could do any major damage. I just gotta get my funds back. Still pissed though.
You do realize the Sony exploit was leading to released credit card numbers right? This at best charges you for Xbox points, it doesn't lead to you losing your credit card. Plus, using a debit card for online purchases is asinine as is. That's a direct link to your bank account right there.
This happens way too often. The main reason the card I have on my account doesnt work. When I add points I add the card do what I got to do then delete it off.
This happened to me back in December I think. Microsoft took about a month to resolve it, but I ended up coming out pretty far ahead on the deal. I canceled the charges from my bank, Microsoft refunded the money, gave me a good amount of XBox Live points, and extended my account for a year. I did call about getting the double refund, and they told me not to worry about it. It's not a good feeling getting your stuff stolen, but give them time to work out your issue and I think you'll change your tune in a month (hopefully less).
Do they try to jack your accounts because your accounts kick so much ass? Cause that's never happening to me. I suck ass.
Lol. Apparently it stems from hackers stealing your account, buying a **** ton of stuff and making dummy accounts that absorb all the points they bought so they can sell it to foreigners for a lower price than Microsoft. Anyways, I had to dispute this crap with my bank, paypal, and Xbox Live customer service agents. Waiting times: Microsoft: 30 minutes + Paypal: 1 minute + Chase: 3 minutes + Unbelievable how there is such a huge gap. Although I do credit MS for connecting to me to a competent customer service agent, don't believe that all of this will get sorted out in "three to five days" though.

Well... w/e. While they get this fixed I had to create a new temporary account if I still wanted to play games. and... JeremyLinMVP is born.
I just used the e-mails for face book lol. Bunch a low life teens, playing the hippity-hop music and loitering on lawns.
gustavoxlk2@gmail.com http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100002936361973 This ****er was the one who purchased the obviously stolen (mine) account from the dude that hacked me. How do I report this guy? Who do I report him to?
Happened to be me in September. Got 1 month of free XBL, all the games/dlc they purchased, all my money back, and my account back. It's been going on for a while.
How did you get his FaceBook information? That's rather quick sleuth work right there... but... pretty good, indeed. I hope you get your money back. I think that what eveluvsrox recommended there is the best way to go. FYI - your signature takes up more than 1/2 of all space on the pages on this thread... just thought I'd let you know... it's... sort of... annoying... and I know Annoying, dude. You could put all those gamer and social network links next to each other, so they don't take vertical space... just a suggestion.
All I had to do is google the email address lol. Yeah, I think I'm set for a refund in the next three-five days... if not then I'll just have to deal with a loss of $80. I think I'll just remove the GlenRice crap on there lol.
Your bank should let you have your funds back. When MS pays up, you pay them back. That's how it went with me at least.
I'm about 2 hours North of Sao Paulo until tomorrow. Perhaps I'll give it a call to see what happens.
If that's a real email, then do what I do. Go to bleacher report, and sign their email up for every newsletter, and I mean everyone. They'll get flooded every single day. There's newsletters for almost every pro sports league, every conference and divison within those leagues, and every team.
