I don't have to google or bing it. The attacks did not motivate me to research it for a poignant diatribe let alone plot an axe murder. They just made me sad there are such sick people out there.

I waded through this dreadfully esoteric piece which only demonstrated Wojnarowicz was quite disturbed, probably because of his AIDS affliction.

Art is designed to impact each person, but the impact is not necessarily the same. I thought the mullah's headgear bomb was funny. Others did not. Some may believe that Woj's depiction of ants speeding the decay of Christ's body and others feel he was depicting the decay of the Christian spirit. Personally, after reading the "review," I was even more appalled, but I did not rejoice in Woj's affliction and/or dementia.

I guess it's a number of things, can't really put my finger on it. Generally speaking, life is precious, and there are more humane/logical/effective ways to keep bigots in a 'hole' anyway.

 

Here we go again, "A small percentage of the Muslim population participates in these thug tactics". Cut the crap dude, it's getting old. The fact is nobody denounces this "small percentage" other than an official statement after some whacko makes you look bad.

The crap is the media outlets you listen to and watch. I don't think FauxNews ran anything about Dr. Qadri's Fatwa on Suicide Bombings and Terrorism. (http://www.minhaj.org/images-db2/fatwa-eng.pdf) I wonder why...? Because Muslims denouncing other Muslims is not news.

Do I expect every Christian in the world to do something about abortion clinic bombers or abortion doctor murderers? No, because it's not their duty. That duty belongs with law enforcement and the justice system to prosecute them.

 

You can't negotiate with crazy people, you just have to out crazy them.

Only probelm is, when you start parading people's heads on pikes, you've given them perfect propaganda material. Now they can say "the bloodthirsty crusaders have dismembered a martyr." You will then have inspired many more "martyrs."

 

I don't believe you can reason with crazy people, and I think most people are reasonable......

So, when dealing with crazy people like religious zealots, you have to get your hands dirty....and find their weakness and exploit it....

Theirs is their religious fervor.....let them know that you will do everything in your power to send their soul to eternal damnation.
