factually wrong, but let’s say you’re right. You are still deflecting and twisting in circles. The illegal ones are illegal. And those are the ones that Trump is talking about NOT deporting, after farmers, restauranteurs, hotel owners, construction companies came to him complaining about him deporting the illegal ones. What, you think all this fuss is about legal/documented workers? This is about mass numbers of illegal workers, without which these industries would cave. You’re back to square one. Try again. Your president capitulated to special interest groups and is now saying he won’t deport the ILLEGAL workers in those industries. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions of them. Are you here to denounce his capitulation and lawlessness?
I am convinced that Trump has no clue what his underlings are doing and they are using him as the FOOL at the top, he says things like, WE AREN'T Cutting medicare, and they put a bill out to cut it and when asked, he repeats the lie... I don't think he has a ****ing clue what is going on, and is just rambling like a dumb old man. DD
What exactly do you like? Name a policy that you are in favor of......what is he doing that is going to help America or Americans ? I mean he has lost every trade discussion, his immigration ICE agents are breaking the law by ignoring due process, he is breaking the law himself daily by taking bribes from foreign entities....what is it that you and your kind are in favor of? DD
Deflection, avoidance. Just another TL DR, fake news, TDS response. How many times have you bailed on a discussion in this thread alone when you can’t or won’t address a simple point? It is embarrassing. This is why I have little respect for Trump supporters. Nevermind the broken moral compass - People have different values and priorities and I can even deal with that. You can’t even admit the obvious. You support a person who is a pedophile, racist, piece of crap. Nope, can’t admit that. Can’t just say yep, I support a piece of human trash because I prefer his policies. Instead, it is I don’t wanna talk about that. Trump lies to you about his immigration stance, declines to follow the law, caves to special interests. Nope, can’t admit to the obvious. In the middle of any discussion, just stick your fingers in your ears like a child and go la la la, I can’t hear you, “I’ll just leave it at that.” You can’t state the obvious - yes, Trump lied about enforcing immigration laws, he is caving to special interests, we need to exploit illegal labor, and you support that because deporting some people is better than not deporting some people. It is amazing to me that you cannot recognize how pathetic this is.
I dont need to address anything, I just told you how I see things and that's that. No need for further discussion. I haven't avoided anything, I have spent much more time than I should have replying though.
Yeah, things aren't going to go down like they did in 2016. These people dont know the law or dont want to follow the law. It's one or the other.
Apply your statement to your president - Does he not know immigration law, or does he not want to follow the law? It is one or the other.
Trump absolutely knows what he is doing. All his actions are to amass power and use the power bludgeon people into giving him more wealth and power. He will do and say anything it takes to accomplish those two goals. He is a master at manipulating MAGA. He has a good pulse on what works politically. He does not care one bit about other human beings. That is the combination that makes him so dangerous. He is an idiot intellectually, yes I agree with you. But that is different from the things I flagged above. And those are the things that got him the presidency.
Yes, I believe they do. And they informed him, so he does too. He is choosing to not follow the law and will not deport illegals in the construction, hospitality and agriculture industries. I’d ask you if you disagree with that assessment, but I know you will just stick your fingers in your ear and say something like TLDR, TDS or I have no need to discuss anything.
The Trump administration amplifies an online message featuring Uncle Sam that sympathizers have been spreading on social media The official White House and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) accounts, which shared the image, accompanied it with a phone number for reporting “criminal activity” to ICE. The government and its federal agencies have thus endorsed the message originally posted by an X user, identified on the social network as the author of “war propaganda” and a self-confessed white supremacist. The user, who goes by the handle Mr. Robert and claims authorship of the poster, posts “Wake up, white man”-style messages almost daily. Still, not even Mr. Robert expected his rhetoric to get so far, and he himself has expressed astonishment that even the White House had embraced this version of the Uncle Sam poster. He didn’t think it was going to have much of an impact, he wrote in a message on X, although he expressed pride in the fact that “his efforts” are reaching the highest levels. He even ventured to say that “maybe the Great White Hope, The Big Donald will put eyes on it.” https://www.google.com/amp/s/english.elpais.com/usa/2025-06-12/supremacist-propaganda-at-the-white-house-help-your-country-report-foreign-invaders.html?outputType=amp
So you don't support this deportation initiative at all? You are ok with the illegals being here . . .. . working . . .and sending money back home. You don't have any problems with that and so you are very against what they are doing now. I got ya Rocket River
I made my stance clear so not sure why you are trying to play the gotcha game. 1)Kick out the illegals with criminal records 2)Amnesty the illegals to citizenship who have been here who have also attempted to gain citizenship the right way 3)Allow non criminal illegals to stay who haven’t applied for citizenship. But it comes with a label that will never allow it in the future. 4)Enforce stricter voting proof that would prevent all illegal voting Simple/common sense.
Farmers from California to Nebraska have shuttered operations in the wake of raids that carted off dozens of workers. Trump’s ever-expanding use of ICE deportation raids made new waves this past week after anti-ICE protests broke out in Los Angeles, and Republicans reflexively focused on disparaging a Democratic city in turmoil. In reality, Trump’s ICE raids have played out in red states like Nebraska, too, albeit without the same heavy TV coverage. Farmers from California to Nebraska have shuttered operations in the wake of raids that carted off dozens of workers. In Florida, Trump voter Vincent Scardina choked back tears as he described a raid where ICE detained six of his longtime employees, all Nicaraguan men, The Daily Beast reported. Those men represent a third of Scardina’s staff, and he has no idea how his business will replace them while staying afloat. After the president promised to focus his efforts on capturing “dangerous criminals,” Trump’s broad ICE raids feel like a betrayal to many farmers. The workers and families picked up in farm raids aren’t bloodthirsty gang members Republicans talk so much about. In many cases they are longtime family friends and senior team members. In one January raid that resulted in the arrests of over 1,200 people, nearly half of them had no criminal record at all. https://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/amp/rcna212865
