Statistically it will make us less safe. We live in an economy where almost anyone here at 2 am and has the munchies can go to a convenience store within a 5 mile radius that is fully staffed and fully shelved. This is not normal for human civilization. This type of economy aka "the treat economy" requires a certain birth rate to sustain. American women have a lower birth rate than required to sustain such an economy. So we replace that deficit with migrant labor. And the migrant labor coming in has a lower violent crime rate than American born citizens which means if you replace this migrant labor pool with new Americans born and raised you'd increase the crime rate.

Im fine where it is currently. I dont have that number on hand. Once there are data driven arugments that immigration is negatively affecting the lives of U.S citizens, then we can have a conversation. As of today, illegal immigration is not an issue i care about at all. Because truthfully its not important. And it should not be important to you either, do you know why? Because it really doesnt affect either of us and there are more pressing issues at hand.

If this were true, then you would also feel that people who have entered this country illegally (above that designated cap), should be deported to their nation of origin or citizenship. Many have said immigrants should get a fair wage. But if we give a fair wage it's the same as hiring Johnny Caucasian. The price will be the same. Sadly the immigrants at current wage are the only way to keep prices down. The entire Agricultural business model factors in depressed pay for laborers Am I wrong?
