It usually is American citizens smuggling it. That's a well known fact. The Cartel likes using American citizens to do their dirty work. They can cross the border easier. Republicans just prefer to pin the blame the drugs spilling across the border on immigrants. When do you ever hear Republicans screaming about American drug traffickers?

SCOTUS is making both sides look silly. Liberals complained Barrett and Kavenaugh were extreme right activists and the SCOTUS would be extreme right on all decisions. Roberts continues to compromise. Trump did well picking Barrett. Looks like SCOTUS is more fair and balanced after replacing the previous left activists. Remember when the self-righteous conservatives celebrated the over turning of Roe Vs Wade? It was the correct call. It IS a state right, regardless of anyones opinion on the subject. Now we are in a similar situation. Border control is reserved for the Federal government, not the state. Just like Roe Vs Wade would have been best not heard, and thus overturned, the current SCOTUS ruling is correct but would have been better not to hear this case. The Biden administration has done an awful job at border security but its still their responsibility, and ultimately, will hurt them in the long run. We should all agree both parties are full of incompetent leaders. Lets just hope SCOTUS isn't forced to deal with the Trump ballot issue. The results won't be good.
