Wait. You guys didn't see 87 instantly. It's a parking lot. I was like: Is this a trick question. Maybe this is part of the good side of my dyslexia. I can see patterns in numbers
think most ppl just assumed it was 16, 06, 68... right off the bat, and never questioned that assumption.
hint* Batman: I see without seeing. Darkness is as clear as daylight. What am I? The Riddler:You're as blind as a bat!
It must be pretty hard for kids to solve, since they might not know anything about parking lot numbering. Plus., does Hong Kong even have parking lots
You'd be surprised - some exams I've had in the past have the strangest parking lots (or people) in the questions. A kid might think rationally about it- but after years of experience I've come to expect anything - including odd numbered parking lots - on exam questions.
Yeah when I opened the thread I was hoping for a good brain teaser since ATW usually post good ones. My first thought was disappointment in it being so easy and not even a math question. My second thought was I was looking at it wrong. Then I noticed the 16 06 and 68 I for a second tried to solve that. Lols. Then said, nah there's no pattern there it has to be 87 I did the opposite of crash
Parking lots? LOL no, but parking spaces? Yeah, tons of them, and all of them are expensive (within the city at least): http://edition.cnn.com/2012/11/21/business/hong-kong-world-expensive-parking-places/index.html
Yeah, thread would have probably been a lot more fun if I had said "Read this upside down, it's not a math problem". Thank you for pointing that out, Xsatyr.
