Same here, I kept waking up during the night, and now I'm already up and ready to go to work when I'm usually just getting out of bed now.

Hopefully their over-confidence will work to our advantage.

I have to find this game, am in London on way to Manchester, hopefully a pub will be showing it, or I can find it on Sky Tv...

If not, I would appreciate it if someone would provide an internet link in this thread.

Personally, I am hoping for a draw.

 My cable went out. I didn't have rabbit ears to tune in to Teledumbo... the game started... all my guests started getting mad and started leaving... and then I woke up. I woke up in a sweat. What a nightmare that was :( .

 Right. That's why I see so many born-and-raised-United-States'-peeps working construction and lawn services. ;) You guys schedule a night, windy and almost freezing Columbus game and we NEVER b****.

dumbartonbass, I welcome bigtexx's anti-Mexican chants in a soccer game in a competitive game. I welcome his arguments we've sucked it up in the U.S. as of late. If it is up to me, he can come into soccer threads if he talks soccer, which is what he's done lately. Good-natured competitive folks.
Your "wager" to me is kids' play. NOT BE ABLE TO POST IN SOCCER THREADS?!?!? OH, MY!!! HOW SAD! OH, YOU WON'T REP ME... HOW SAD! I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH REP!

I didn't ask you to place a tipjar bet, you scaredy cat, MiddleMan did.

You know, what happened last time was that I bet my signature against someone, and that someone lost and didn't honor it... left some other stuff on it besides what I asked to put. I won't make any wagers like that anymore. I am adding $10 to the tipjar right now just because I don't bet, I DONATE. Now HONOR MiddleMan's bet, you chicken. :p

blah blah blah blah blah.....All I hear is "No, I'm a chicken I won't take your bet". YOU are the one who first proposed a wager to ME and then left it at that. I filled in the blanks with a wager, that you scoff as kids play as a LAME excuse not to take the bet. What a wuss! A yes or no will suffice.

NO to your stupid bet, plcmts17, you don't post as much as I do.

$20 to tipjar if our respective team loses. How about that?

Or, it has to be something you really treasure... like your signature...

Now accept MiddleMan's bet. Or... are you... chicken? (name that movie)

First you don't wager money and now you do. Your spin is off the Fujita scale. Stupid, thy name is swoly. Actually it's wuss. Fine, 20 bucks to the tip jar. I would rather not have to listen to your tripe in any soccer thread for the rest of my life, but your too big of a woman to take the bet.

eh, I'll give a passing bit of attention to US/Mexico soccer games because I've spent a fair amount of time working and living in Mexico. I know how serious Mexicans take the game, and also how not serious Americans take it, so I find that amusing. I was actually working in Guadalajara during the 1998 world cup when Mexico played Germany. The whole manufacturing facility shut down to watch the game. Mexico lost and the place was not very chipper.

Well said, bigtexxx. If I can chit-chat and "tripe" with the few US peeps who find it serious, then it's fun. :)
You're on, sir. I will put $20 into the tipjar if U.S.A. wins.

    You're still CHICKEN. :p

Why are you calling him chicken, when it's you who refuses to make the bet?

Make the bet or shut up.
