If we take out Adu i'm not sure we're going to be able to score another goal. He played a big role in the goals the US have scored since Altidore went down. Need to make some changes to the backline obviously. At least get more speed back there, it is a miracle that Dos Santos has not scored yet.

I'm worried about the defense, at least we have a lot of potential in the midfield and attack. There were so many white shirts around Howard I am perplexed that ball didn't get cleared.
Defense used to be such a strength of the US. We have a glut of Midfielders, and not really great strikers.
Their defense is always strong until they play a better team Then it is exposed. I like the future of our strikers better than the defenders though with Altidore and Agudelo.
