Ok so far no goald in Liverpool-Barce.

I'm impressed with liverpool. so far Barca is dominated. But you never know with Barca, but it will be difficult for them to score 2 times.

I suggest to talk about the score within the spoiler tag.
I like to read this thread but I don't want to know the score. I like to watch the game later.

Where's a good place inside the loop to watch tomorrow's Arsenal-PSV match? I'm planning to go to Fox Sports Grill because I know they have Setanta, but I'd rather watch somewhere closer to UH.

I'm happy for Munich. I do not really want PSV to play them next :D

I think Chelsea and Bayern Munich are favorites to make the finals(depending on who has to play who).

The final 4 is a 2 leg serie. The final is 1 game played on a neutral stadium(i'm not sure which stadium it will be this year).

Hated to see my Gunners go down. They are a much better team but I can't say they played better over the two legs than PSV. Still a team in flux. Some people might think I'm crazy but I wish they had sold Henry after the final last year.

Why the hate on my boy, the guy is one of the best goal scorers in the world! No offense but Bayern's not gonna win it all anyways, hopefully my red devils will play your team and kick their A$ses! :)

Don't tell me you'd rather have Makaay or "Dirt" Kuyt. Van Basten is making a big mistake not using Ruud, and as much as I loved V. Basten the player, his ego as a coach is pissing me off.

Sucks to see Barca out so soon, but Liverpool was the better team in the 2 games. Ronaldinho needs to snap out of it and start playing again!

Here's the quarter and semifinal draw:

    Chelsea vs. Valencia
    PSV vs. Liverpool

    Roma vs Manchester United
    Bayern Munich vs. AC Milan

The winners of the first two and last two matches play each other in the semis.

    Chelsea vs. Valencia
    PSV vs. Liverpool

    Roma vs Manchester United
Bayern Munich vs. AC Milan (tossup)

I would love to see Liverpool knock Chelsea out again. Benitez certainly has the record against them.

    who is your team?

man, i need a rooting interest.

i assumed Celtic would be my team...until my Scottish friend said, "yeah, but you wouldn't like the songs they sing during their games about killing all the Protestants."

i mentioned Liverpool...and he said he can't think of one nice thing to say about the town of Liverpool.

He told me I should root for AC Milan because the climate is similar to Houston's! :) Then he said, "eh, stick with the Dynamo."

all in a scottish accent of course.

Normally my team is Feyenoord, but they didn't qualify for the CL. So of the teams in the CL my team is PSV (I always root for dutch teams in european tournaments).

I also almost always root for Celtic. Ever since my favorite player(Pat Bonner) played for them.

I also like Liverpool, i like how they play. Also Gerrard is great. And of course Kuyt plays for them(he used to play for my team feyenoord). Also the thing i like about liverpool is that it a team of the working class fans. They are a team(just like Feyenoord) who's culture is to always work hard even if you are outclassed. So they might not have the most talented team but they are always among the teams that worked the hardest.

I really dislike Chelsea(even tough Boulharouz plays for them). They buy so many players even if they do not need them. They are comparible with real madrid in that way.

Normally i do not want German teams to win(sorry SJC), the same goes for Italian teams.

With the other teams i realy do not care if anyone of them wins it.

So for me I would rank the teams:
    Psv
    Liverpool
    Man U
    Valencia
    Bayern
    Roma
    Milan
    Chelsea
