Bump. This is actually the qualifying stages for the 2014 AFC Challenge Cup.
The winner of the Challenge Cup will qualify for the 2015 AFC Asian Cup.

Forgot that I made this thread. Korea barely escaped with 3 points today with a goal in the 96th (!) minute against Qatar. They are second place in their group right now (down 1 point to Uzbekistan but played 1 less game). They'll play each other in June. They've really been struggling recently.

    WTP!?!?!? 8?!?!?! REALLY?

Goalie looks like he SOLD OUT. Sorry, man, but that goalie needs to go. He's probably driving a Saab now. Mabuhay to you, but it looks like your cousins bought the goalie. Looks pucking preaky to me.

Heung Min Son of Hamburg is a ridiculously good player. Scored twice against Dortmund couple weeks ago. Very two footed. Apparently a lot of English teams are looking into him.

Yeah he certainly looks like the future of S. Korean soccer. I don't think we ever had a 20 year old playing at such a high level in Europe.

    Bump.

Japan punched their ticket. South Korea by beating Uzbekistan is 1 point away. Even if they lose against Iran next week and Uzbekistan wins their next game, they have a 6 goal lead on goal differential against Uzbekistan so they're pretty safe I'd say. I kind of want Uzbekistan to advance (which requires Korea beating Iran next week). It'd be cool to see a central Asian team in the World Cup for the first time ever.
