Why do you assume they are all Asian buddy? Can you seen through peoples screens as they type? You're making an assumption based on race, several Lin fans from NYK are in fact not Asian and there aren't that many pure LOF's in here anymore. You're making the assumption that all Asians get their sense of worth from Lin, I've spoken with several Asians who think Lin sucks and their favorite players are black or white. The fact is that you're stereotyping all Lin fans or even anyone who has anything remotely positive to say about him as loser Asians who only get their sense of self worth from a basketball player, you're just being a stereotypical hypocrite. You also seem to know a lot about the Persian players to get drafted, so you do give a **** somewhat about Persian basketball players. In the end, you're just a punk.

In real time you're right that it wasn't clear that he was out of bounds. Someone posted a pic on twitter that clearly showed his hand on the ball with his foot out of bounds. Maybe the pic had been altered for all I know, but that still doesn't change the fact that the Rockets have been the victims of horrible calls during critical times of the game. And again I'm not trying to absolve Lin. He made a horrible decision.

    Talk about incoherent gibberish ramblings...

    LOL!

LOFS are having a mental breakdown.

Absolutely not. What you've got on this site is a handful of posters- not most, mind you - but a handful of posters who have some serious emotional deficiencies in their lives. Even to wish death or serious injury on Mo Williams for being a punk is truly despicable. You're always going to get that with sports; a high percentage of fans are great- and do get justifiably upset when their team loses or a player does badly.

So, the appropriate response is "that player sucks" or "please get rid of him" or whatever. Not "I hope he gets hit by a bus" or "he's a worthless human being." I mean, really, it's pathetic that some are that way, but it's usually attributed to their own failings as human beings. No one who is reasonably emotionally and mentally healthy would ever have the need to wish this on a basketball player. But for those who live vicariously through a basketball team, that is what you get.

There is nothing wrong with being upset, or saying that one does not want to watch any more games, or whatever. That is a consumer's right. But to wish harm? A sickness.

More like 30% LOF, 30% LOH (but very vocal and they post like crazy so it's more than that). 40% reasonable basketball fans that call it like they see it. Not every poster that defends lin is a LOF, you have to understand that.

I root for the guy and I swear he plays for the other team. When I saw him sub in I turned to my brother and said "Lin is gonna mess this up again somehow." Sure enough...

My brother is a Rockets hater, btw. Every time Lin touches the ball he screams "Shoot it, Lin!"

    Lol Houston Rocket Fans.....

Anyone who seen enough Rocket games shouldve known Patrick Bev Or J-Lin weren't going to help contribute much to a series.

    Shouldn't have trade Brooks away.

And you're most likely never going to win a series with James Harden on your team

He's getting the schaub treatment . Getting paid but performance is below average. Wish no death or injury on the guy . Just sit on the bench and root for the rest of the guys. Him bringing up the ball is like a near heart attack waiting to happen for a rocket fan.

Definitely. Wishing someone gets benched, waived, or "injured *wink wink nudge nudge*" is one thing, but actually hoping they get hurt or die is quiet another. The only player I ever felt OK about taking some time off due to any sort of low-level injury or mental breakdown was Matt Schaub due to Kubiak's strange desire to keep trotting him out come hell or high water so we could see what Keenum looked like.

Because whether JLin gets put on the court is his choice.

If you think JLin is overpaid, that's the front office's mistake. If you think JLin is overplayed, that's the coaching staff's problem. Neither of these were Jeremy Lin's choice - you think he should have maybe told the front office he only deserved a 3 million contract when he signed it? And if you think Jeremy Lin is not trying hard enough - well, you haven't been watching the games. So which part of this really justifies the fanatical and obsessive hatred on Jeremy Lin the person?
