So, if Delfino was #1, CJ Miles might have been #2.

There is really nothing good about August: it's hot, humid, miserable, the Astros are still playing (sort of), the Texan's camp is just a place for injuries to occur, the preseason NFL games are awful. It's hurricane season. Nope, I can't think of anything good about August.

Maybe you need to get caught up on current events....

-Birdman, if convicted, might be going away for a very, very long time. No team will touch him until he's officially proved clean. The whole "innocent until proven guilty thing" doesn't really apply to NBA GM's.

-Pryzbilla, is barely good enough at his age/condition for 5 to 10 min. per game.

-Oden might be an interesting person to try and bring to camp, but I would assume most doctors would tell the Rockets the liability that they have in bring him in, and probably urge Oden to stay away from basketball to avoid more serious injuries that will keep him out of assisted living at 45. Much like Yao, you feel bad for the guy because of what he could have been. After the Yao situation I think the Rockets will go in a different direction.

What would it cost to buy out Rudy Fernandez from Real Madrid? I know he's still recovering from back surgery but he would complement Lin very well since he (in addition to Parsons) have great ball handling ability which would discourage opposing teams from trapping/pressing Lin too often.

And Fernandez is even more prolific offensively than Delphino.

Fernandez is soft and wanted to go home. Let him be.
