That’s an interesting approach and maybe a really good one if he times it right. He won't have everyone slamming him in the media either. Downside is he is not getting any younger and the salary will probably be lower. I have a feeling that Carr won't be in the league very long. 2~3 more years and then retirement.
Great find. Seattle would be an excellent spot for him. It's a really good team, with all the pieces needed to succeed. Hasselback certainly deserves to start over Carr, but history has shown that Carr would get his chance sometime during the year. The Jets would offer a similar situation.
